Overview of Job Function:

The Content Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in fueling the Verint storytelling marketing team. The goal is to tell thought provoking stories that make our value propositions and customer testimonials come to life. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for writing and producing various types of content to expand our awareness, subscribers and leads. The role requires exceptional writing skills, high levels of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This role will be based in Alpharetta GA.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Engage our prospects and customers by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.

  • Elevate our content from product to outcome focused.

  • Assist in the development of content marketing plans, content support for product launch programs, and related activities to drive awareness, pipeline and market share of Verint solutions.

  • Partner with our Go to Market, Sales, Digital and Brand teams to produce educational and inspiring content.

  • Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in tone and complies with SEO best practices.

  • Develop presentations, white papers, and other marketing content to support product launches, marketing and sales enablement campaigns.

  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, product marketing, journalism or equivalent working experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B technology company

  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Proven track record in a commissioned enterprise technology sales or prospecting role

  • Results-driven, self-starter, able to work with discipline and focus

  • Ability to crisply articulate business value aligned to B2B buyer and their customers

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Past experience building audiences either online or offline.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

  • Effective team contributor and player within a large, distributed matrix organization; able to also work independently

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification

  • Successful completion of a credit check, for those travel related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Relevant client-side or digital agency experience

  • Prior experience working with Retail, Financial Services, Travel and Hospitality or other highly transactional digital industries.

  • Practical experience using salesforce.com

  • Ability to do limited domestic travel.
